I currently have 2 machines I use when traveling - a Pari Trek and an Omron MicroAir. Only drawback I've found is that you can't do pulmozyme in the MicroAir because it's ultrasonic and generates heat which renders pulmozyme inactive. In the past I've also had a Pari WalkHaler and a a DeVille-Biss machine that had an internal batter, though the latter was pretty heavy to carry around.
