: I currently have 2 machines I use when traveling - a Pari Trek and an Omron MicroAir. Only drawback I've found is that you can't do pulmozyme in the MicroAir because it's ultrasonic and generates heat which renders pulmozyme inactive. In the past I've also had a Pari WalkHaler and a a DeVille-Biss machine that had an internal batter, though the latter was pretty heavy to carry around.

I've been using Pulmozyme in my Omron MicroAir for years! I can totally tell that it works and I feel that because of it, I haven't been on IV's for a couple years now. My docs know I use it in the MicroAir and have never told me not to. Occasionally I'll run out of battery power and have to use my Pari Neb, and I really can't tell a difference. Is one of us doing something wrong here?
