Yes I usually have very dry sandman in my eyes every morning. It's hard to get out, but a shower usually cleans it up. As far as I know, I don't have allergies and my vision is excellent. :) But the the junky eyes definitely. Sometimes I will use the sodium chloride pink 'bullets' used normally for inhalations to flush them out. But I have to confess, I don't like to put anything in my eyes. Just a weird sort of thing. My husband on the other hand has really bad goop every morning and uses several of the pink 'bullets' daily. The opthamologist has prescribed him Patanol for dry eyes to clean them out every once in a while. He also has had miniture cysts rub underneath his eyelids. As far as he knows, he doesn't have allergies either, but he does wear glasses, not contacts. I suppose goopy eyes could be CF related. Who knows?
