I tried them for a whole year, back when the cost was about $36 a month. The cost has gone up to $54/month which totally sucks for those that use it. I did not notice a difference while on the fizzy NAC, so I discontinued the use. My doctor didn't think it was worthwhile either. I know lots of CFers that do use it and love it. I say go for it for a month and see what you think. From what I hear the effects should be immediate. Unfortunately I had no effects (good or bad) from this therapy.
