Hi Robyn, yes I have taken it over a month when I am on antibiotics or to clear up a really nasty yeast infection "down there" when other over the counter creams and things wouldnt work. I found it to be really helpful. I havent had what you are experiencing but it seems to work pretty well for general yeast infections. Sonia
