I have been using the PEP device that you can attached to the PARI neb for airway clearance. I want to know is it just as effective as regular airway clearance like using PEP by itself ? here most people are using mouthpiece PEP since we still arent using the vest. Its here but its very very expensive think people prefer PEP cause its so easy to use, portable etc.
I do a Ventolin neb first to make airways open, then I use hypertonic with PEP and stop the machine when I need to cough.
So I want to know is this method as effective as other airway clearance methods ?
