I can't run without oxygen, so when I do run without it my chest hurts. However, the pain doesn't last long. It pretty much gets better within minutes of discontinuing the exercise. (way to motivate myself not to run, huh?) I do de-sat when I don't use oxygen, well I guess I de-sat when I do use oxygen too, I just need the supplemental oxygen.
Do you have a pulse oximeter you can use to check your sats?
