Hi Tracy,
You are so sweet to ask.
I had a very rough winter. I was pretty much sick and on/off IVs from back to back to back viruses from early November to the end of March. (that's 5 months, but who's counting?) Remember those days??? So it was a long winter here in California for me. However, since the end of March, I have stabilized and the PFTs are at baseline, which is in the low 40's.
The twins are awesome. So funny and smart, but I'm biased. They will be 7 years old in October. Time flies! They start second grade in August. Abby told me the other day, "Mom, I knew I was ready for preschool, I knew I was ready for Kindergarten and I even knew I was ready for first grade. But second grade? It's so hard!!" Her favorite subject is recess. hahahaha. It's so funny how they think second graders are so big! Tom is obsessed with Star Wars and prefers to be called Luke. (as in Luke Skywalker) He actually asked me if he could legally change his name to Luke Skywalker and cried when I told him no. *sigh* Life is rough, no?
I hope you do not have another battle with RSV. What a month you've had! Keep us posted and take care.
Tara
