The older I get, the harder the winters are. I got hit back to back to back with viruses that brought on huge lung infections for 5 months last winter. I was basically continually sick from the first weekend of November until the last weekend in March. Every time I got better I got hit with another virus.
I've had a great summer, and I'm not doing anything different. I do all my treatments (sick or not) but I think it's just the amount of viruses out in public that get to me.
