I always tell people right up front. That's usually pretty easy to bring up because I'm either coughing, poping some pills, using an inhailer or have a doctors appointment. I don't go into depth about it right off but just say I have Cystic Fibrosis. Then I don't have to worry about when to tell. I would rather they decide that's a
deal breaker right off rather them 3 months into something. As far as I know CF has never been a reason someone didn't continue a relationship.
I do think that CF was a factor in my divorce but only one of many.
