Friends of the Earth

Yellow skin wrapped over a net of blue veins.
Straining, the blood rushes to all parts of your body
				starved for badly needed oxygen.

		This is despair
			sudden panic hits you.
You know you're going to die
					not quietly either.

		Run and hide
			stalk the enemy
				shoot him dead
					watch his blood
soak in the moist jungle Earth.

		Isn't it stupid?
			More stupid than arguing?
		One army
			full of soldiers
				who learn by fear
					they don't have minds.

		When enemies meet
			burning needles of fear
				prick their stomachs
					they fear dying.
